"My family recently enjoyed the amazing experience of the Atonement activity. At first, we thought it was just a clever game but soon discovered the overwhelming parallel to the human life and death experiences we have been taught as the Plan of Salvation. In fact, the realism was so great as we participated in the activity that when my wife drew a card that said her life was over and she would need to go to the spirit world and wait for the rest of us, I was deeply shaken…

Later, our 17-year-old son, upon reaching the judgment and being assigned a lower degree of glory said, “Wait, I had more good works than sins.” What followed was one of the greatest teaching moments I could ever have hoped for as we discussed the necessity of the saving ordinances by those who hold the proper authority…

This experience has brought our family a heightened awareness of how we participate in the Atonement and of our Savior’s great love for us."

Last night our family had a marvelous experience playing The Atonement: Miracle of Christ's Love game.  A good time was had by all, and all learned and realized the importance of our actions while here on earth, both for themselves and for others. We marveled at how well the game can portray some of the realities of life (a deathbed repentance or having a good life with a sin or two at the very end makes a big difference) and at the end to see all our sins piled on the Savior - "I can't even see Jesus because all our sins are covering him up", one child said.

We thank you  very much for making this game available.  We look forward to playing it again and again as a family and with our local missionaries, new converts, investigators, and others.

Five of our family members played the Atonement game. We seldom play board games as a family, but working together to gain our Exaltation was fun, thought-provoking, and sometimes a very serious experience… There were real feelings of disappointment when one of us reached judgment and could not join with the rest of the family in the Celestial Kingdom…

" I go to great lengths to avoid having to play board games…, but the wonderful difference inherent in your game obviates the competitive element totally.

I must admit that I was quite surprised at the varied emotions we had, both collectively and individually as the game progressed…

Our totally blind son played the game with us and had a great experience! No problem with sightlessness, and his joy and emotion were as great as ours… How refreshingly different in this world of negativism… Thank you for a most refreshing evening of entertainment and edification!"

…We were able to have a really good discussion about the Plan of Salvation while we were playing the game… I really think it accomplished a lot for our family because we were able to talk more intimately about our eldest son’s destiny and our goals to live with him again eternally.
